  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. You can easily cancel your subscription via the settings-app on your phone. 1. Click on your profile and there you will find all your subscriptions under the "subscriptions" tab 2. Find the LEIA Health subscription and cancel it. When your subscription is canceled but not yet expired, it will say "Your subscription will expire soon". When the subscription has expired, it will say "Your subscription has expired". We hope to see you in the app again sometime.
  • Can I get a refund for my subscription?
    Refund requests are handled by the App Store and Google Play. To contact the App Store: 1. Open the App Store app on your phone. 2. Search for the LEIA Health app. 3. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Report a Problem." 4. Fill out the form "How can we help you?" Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or other feedback about the app that you would like to share with us.
  • How can I delete my account?
    You can easily delete your account in two ways: 1. You can delete your account at the step in the app where you choose your subscription. 2. If you have a subscription or are using the app during the trial period, go to your profile in the app. Click on "delete my account" and follow the steps to delete your account. Important: If you have an active subscription, you need to cancel it before deleting your account. Your subscription does not cancel automatically when you delete your account.
  • I want to delete my data, how do I do that?
    See how to delete your account under the question "How can I delete my account?". You are also welcome to contact us at support@leia.health and we will assist you.
  • I have bought a pregnancy insurance from Trygg-Hansa which includes the app, how do I access the app?
    When you have paid your pregnancy insurance, you will receive an email from Trygg-Hansa with a unique code that you enter in the app after you create your account. We hope you will like the app!
