Cookies
To make our website work properly, we place small data files called cookies on your device. This is common practice for most websites.
What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
How to control cookies?

You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your device and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work. You can find information explaining how to disable cookies for the main browsers in the "Where to find information about controlling cookies" section at the UK Information Commissioner's website; https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies/.

How do we use cookies?
LEIA categories cookies based on how we use them. Some cookies are needed to send information that you entered from one part of our website to the next, or to remember choices that you made so that we can simplify your next visit. Other cookies allow us to optimise the website by measuring what parts of it are visited more often, help us understand why this is, and optimise the traffic on each page for a better experience. We also work together with third party cookie providers to help display ads that are more relevant to you based on the web pages you have visited. The table further down on this page lists all cookies used on the LEIA website. For every cookie you will see what category it belongs to, the provider of the cookie and what the cookie is used for, as well as how long the cookie is valid before it expires.

You can specify in your browser software how your computer accepts cookies, instruct your browser to stop accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting a Cookie from a website you visit. If you do not want to accept from any of our sites, you can change your browser settings so that cookies are not accepted. If you choose to do this, please be aware that our sites may no longer function as intended. The types of cookies that we use can be categorized as:
