From 524 HR leaders and 4,780 employees across the UK reveal a growing gap between parental leave policy and day-to-day reality:
- 77% of HR leaders say poor parental leave support contributes to employee attrition
- 76% say the employee experience still depends on the individual manager
- 31% of employees say they have left a job due to lack of support as a working parent
